Capana has delivered a Qlik-based revenue assurance solution to TELE Greenland A/S, which provides telecommunications, IT, and postal services to Greenland's 56,000 inhabitants spread over thousands of square kilometers. Even the smallest village has radio, TV, and telephone connections to the outside world, and all settlements with more than 70 inhabitants have broadband and mobile telephony. TELE Greenland has 500 employees with headquarters in Nuuk and offices in all major cities in Greenland.

As part of a complete upgrade of the company's billing system, TELE Greenland decided to implement a BI solution from Capana to verify traffic from CDR to invoice.

During the preparation phase, TELE Greenland and Capana decided that the delivery would take place over two weeks on-site to ensure rapid knowledge transfer from TELE Greenland to Capana. The handover also included workshops to optimize the solution to TELE Greenland's needs.

Using the advanced QlikView technology, the BI solution provides users with Google-like access to all data for data presentation and analysis. This ensures that the accounting department has a clear overview of the generated revenues.

With Qlik-based BI from Capana, TELE Greenland has obtained a solid Enterprise solution, which includes more than 200 million records, automatic daily updates, and a cohesive data model for both detailed and aggregated data.
